I know Ive added alot to read below but these bags are really special.

Theses Corbin hard bags even have the cut our for the exhaust. If you have looked for these before most bike builders say you will need to move your exhaust. This is a kit you can order and will be made custom in a quick time period and you can install them in your Garage.

Corbin always tout our R&D department’s ability to design products that fit the lines of the subject bike. It’s items like this that really make that ability obvious… and more appreciated. Notice how we’ve taken a generous amount of storage and blended it smoothly into the design of the Victory for totally integrated looks. Form AND function!

Corbin has taken a cavernous 35 liters of storage and smoothed out the lines to visually integrate the saddlebags into the Kingpin fender. The esthetics camouflage the generous capacity of the bags and look clean. Typical of Corbin engineering, the interior wall of the bag molds close to the profile of the bike to fit closer to the centerline than any other saddlebag made. This provides better load bearing, better balance, less width and a much cleaner look.

Corbin saddlebags are tooled up specially for each bike model so they fit perfect. Both bags feature top loading so contents can’t spill out when opened and they will self close in the wind if forgotten. Notice how the Corbin mounting system keeps the bags close to the bike. We mold them around the fender rails and in tight to the fender. This allows the bags to carry weight in close for a better center of gravity and good balance. This design also keeps a narrower profile for less width to worry about when lane splitting.

Corbin’s Kingpin saddlebags are designed to work with the Victory trunk mount or Corbin Streamliner trunk setup. We’ve created clearance in the fender strut area to allow room for either bracket kit. If you’re running your Kingpin without the trunk, don’t worry we’ve kept a clean look! Your saddlebag setup includes a set of painted “blanks” that fill in this space to keep a clean integrated look to your fender.

Corbin’s design team shaped these bags to work with your stock exhaust system, but they will work equally well with any system that has a profile lower than the stock pipe. Fleetliner Bags fit perfect and install simply with all brackets included. In the front, our bags are shaped to allow room for passengers legs on the rear footpegs and includes a heel pad to protect the saddlebag finish. Interior wall fits the shape of the bike to keep them narrow and carry the shape around the rear fender. When loaded properly the bike remains stable at all speeds.

Both bags come completely lined to protect your cargo and feature locking doors for security. The Fleetliner saddlebag set comes pre-painted to coordinate with your stock paint job and includes the triple chrome strips on the sides. Corbin standard paint is the tri-color as shown here. This features: Main body color, Silver between chrome strips & Titanium bottom. You can choose from a variety of cover materials for the heel pads, but we recommend the “Asphalt” material shown in these images. The texture looks appropriate and the material is extremely durable.

Victory trunk box will not mount with Corbin Dual Touring saddle unless you use the Corbin Trunk Bracket which is specially designed to work with the Corbin trunk or the Victory trunk.

Fibertech Construction	Manufactured of our exclusive Fibertech™ material for durability and a clean finish. Specially formulated for Corbin, Fibertech™ gives us very tight tolerances with minimal shrinkage so each part comes out true to the original design.
Finish	We use a quality gel-coat for a nice finish that doesn’t show material weave. When ordering parts in “primer gel-coat” you can expect a part ready for your painter’s preparation. Most Corbin components are also available prepainted and ready for immediate installation.
Saddlebag Interior	Corbin Fleetliner Bags come fully lined with a nice, thick grey liner on the inside to protect your cargo. Sure seal weather stripping around the doors keeps out the elements. Locking doors keep contents secure.

CORBIN INSTALLATION QUESTIONS ASKED ON MOST ORDERS:

Installation is simple using hardware and brackets that are included with the saddlebags. No cutting or other stock component modification is required. Complete instructions included.

Corbin saddlebags do not work with passenger floorboards installed, only footpegs as shown above.

When loading heavy items into the bags, be sure to place them in carefully. “Throwing” heavy items like disc locks into the bags can create cracks or stress marks in the paint on the outside.

FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.

Paint Color Matching for Corbin Fleetliner Victory Motorcycle Kingpin Hard bag Custom Kit We do not always have a color match for all brands and models, especially at the beginning of the year when the new models come out. Color VariationsColor is one of the most emotional issues faced in the refinish & paint business. Everyone has an opinion about color. Unfortunately everyone sees color slightly differently and this can be the cause of discussion. The biggest problem is that of color variants. Cars and motorcycles are no longer produced in fixed colors, but come from the manufacturing plants in a range of shades of a particular color.

Manufacturers & OEMs
At the OEM plants, there are a multitude of reasons why variants may occur. These reasons include the paint system being used, the line speed, line trials, line problems, plant differences and variations in film builds. No matter how hard OEM manufacturers try to duplicate paint results from unit to unit in any given color, there will always be paint variations! No matter how much time and money OEM paint companies spend on making sure their colors are consistent from batch to batch in both OEM paint and refinish formulas, there will always be paint variations.

Paint Maker
Variations in the production of paint can also contribute to variations in a particular color code. As research and technology allow, new chemistries and resins may be introduced into a particular product line at any given time. This may allow for a slight color shift when a plant empties a container of existing material and orders more from the supplier.

Also during the manufacturing process, the potential exists for slight differences in the final product. The manufacturing process requires a lot of equipment, settings, human control, and other factors and any slight change in any one of those components may contribute to the slight deviation. The final paint product may be well within the specifications for that product but be slightly different from a previous batch.

Tracking Variant Formulas
PPG (Corbin’s main paint supplier) monitors color consistency directly at the OEM plants whenever possible and also out in the “real world” of repair centers. This is done through their Parts program by receiving documentation from distributors, customers and internal sales people.

This constant feedback of color information allows PPG to identify colors that consistently do not match the OEM standard. They then create a variation (redder, greener, lighter, darker, etc.) of the Prime formula that will provide a better match in some cases than the prime formula.

When a paint technician is looking up a color using any PPG Color Information System they check to see if a Variant formula exists. This can save a great deal of time and provide better consistency. Corbin uses the PPG TouchMix computer to provide the best possible match to your OEM paint. However, given variances at the OEM level, we cannot guarantee a perfect match at all times.
